About the Role
TRZ Technologies is seeking a dynamic IT Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to drive new business growth and expand our software development client base. If you’re passionate about technology sales, excel at identifying opportunities, and know how to convert leads into long-term partnerships, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for bringing in new software development projects through multiple channels, building relationships with clients across industries, and playing a key role in our company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate new software development business through multiple channels including online research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email marketing, B2B platforms, and networking
- Identify and target clients seeking mobile apps, web applications, SaaS platforms, and custom system development solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in IT and software outsourcing sectors
Sales & Client Management
- Prepare compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and accurate cost estimates
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective communication and negotiation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly revenue targets
Collaboration & Strategy
- Coordinate with design and development teams to understand service offerings, project timelines, and technical capabilities
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to position services effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in IT sales, software development sales, or digital agency business development
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-potential clients and close deals independently
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of mobile app development, web development, SaaS solutions, APIs, UI/UX design, and modern tech stacks (basic understanding is sufficient)
- Ability to discuss technical requirements and translate client needs into actionable project briefs
Core Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding proposal writing and client presentation abilities
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up discipline
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B marketplaces
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
