About the Role
TECH BPO is looking for a skilled SMS Marketing Executive who has worked on international campaigns before, especially with clients in the US. This is your chance to join a fast-paced digital marketing team where your creativity, analytical skills, and new ideas will directly affect how well campaigns do.
You will be in charge of running SMS marketing campaigns from start to finish for US clients, staying on top of global trends, and improving strategies that really work. This job is a great way to grow in a fast-paced environment if you love digital marketing and have worked on international SMS campaigns before.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, make, and run full SMS marketing campaigns for clients all over the world, with a focus on the US market.
- Write interesting SMS copy that gets people to interact, click, and buy.
- Plan the timing, workflows, and message sequences for your campaigns to get the best results.
- Work with clients to figure out the goals of the campaign and who it is aimed at.
- Run seasonal campaigns, special deals, and messages that are only good for a short time
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Look at the metrics for the campaign’s performance, such as delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Use A/B testing to find the best strategies for messaging, timing, and audience segments.
- Use performance data and insights to make campaigns better in real time.
- Find ways to make things better and make changes based on data.
- Keep track of ROI and make suggestions for how to spend the budget.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Keep up with the rules for SMS marketing, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Make sure that all campaigns follow US laws and industry best practices.
- Keep contact lists clean and compliant and manage the opt-in and opt-out processes.
- Set up proper documentation and consent management
- Keep an eye on changes in the industry and change your processes as needed.
Tools & Technology Management
- Run SMS marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems.
- Take care of managing, segmenting, and cleaning up your contact list.
- Set up automated campaigns, drip sequences, and messages that are sent out when certain things happen.
- Combine SMS tools with other marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Fix technical problems and make tools work better
Reporting & Communication
- Make detailed campaign reports that give management useful information.
- Regularly show performance data, trends, and suggestions
- To make sure that SMS campaigns fit with the brand’s overall goals and multi-channel strategies, work closely with the marketing team.
- Share what you’ve learned and what works best with your team.
- Keep detailed records of your campaigns.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring
- Stay up to date on the newest tools, trends, and ideas in SMS marketing around the world.
- Look into new SMS marketing tools and strategies that are coming out
- Come up with new, creative ways to make the campaign work better.
- Try out different ways of doing things and sending messages.
- Keep an eye on your competitors’ campaigns and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in SMS marketing with demonstrable results
- International campaign experience, particularly with US-based clients or markets
- Track record of successful campaign execution and performance optimization
- Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution to analysis
- Minimum 1-2 years in digital marketing or SMS marketing roles
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of SMS marketing tools, platforms, and automation systems
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and campaign tracking tools
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of SMS marketing APIs and integration capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Compliance Knowledge
- Understanding of US SMS marketing regulations (TCPA is essential)
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other international compliance requirements
- Experience managing opt-in/opt-out processes

A Day in Your Role
Evening (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM):
- Review US market opening hours and campaign schedules
- Check overnight campaign performance and metrics
- Coordinate with US clients for real-time campaign updates
- Launch time-sensitive campaigns for US mornings
Mid-Shift (9:00 PM – 12:00 AM):
- Monitor live campaign performance and optimize as needed
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
- Create new campaigns and schedule for upcoming days
- Manage contact lists and segmentation
Late Night (12:00 AM – 3:00 AM):
- Respond to client queries and provide updates
- Prepare campaign reports and performance analyses
