What You’ll Do
This is because, as a social media manager at Inncelerator, you will be the one to develop the social media content and digital marketing strategy of the company. You will work on strategies, develop interesting content, and analyze performance to contribute to the brand growth and reaching the target audience in several digital platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Make and carry out successful social media plans on a number of sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other sites that are important to your business.
- Create, organize, and keep up with interesting and engaging content that your audience will like.
- Keep an eye on your social media accounts, reply to comments and messages, and join online groups.
- Monitor social media metrics and performance data, then adjust your strategies to increase interaction and improve results.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and start digital marketing campaigns like SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, and display ads.Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, and display advertising
- Make and improve content for different digital platforms, like blogs, websites, and landing pages.
- Look into the market to find out what’s popular right now and what useful information can help you plan your marketing.
- Make sure that ad money is well spent by managing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and looking at the return on investment.
Content Creation and Management:
- Make interesting and creative content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other online channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to make high-quality multimedia and visual content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to keep an eye on and evaluate how well your social media and digital marketing campaigns are doing.
- Make and present detailed reports on how well the campaign is doing, including key metrics and ideas for how to make it better.
Collaboration:
- Make sure that your marketing efforts are in line with the company’s overall goals by working closely with the web development and sales teams.
- When necessary, work with outside agencies or vendors to help with different marketing projects.
What You Need to Qualify
Experience Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar job
- Preferably someone who has worked in digital marketing or web development before
- At least one year of experience editing photos and videos
Skills and Knowledge:
- A good understanding of how different social media sites work, as well as digital marketing tools and best practices
- Being able to use content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads well
- You should be able to edit videos for business, so you should be comfortable editing videos that focus on a brand.
- Creative thinking that lets you come up with interesting content and new marketing ideas that get people to interact and buy.
- Strong analytical skills to read data and make smart decisions based on it
- Great written and spoken English skills, with a focus on details
- Must speak English fluently
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus
