About the Role
SelectMinds is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their creative team. This job is all about using ReactJS, Next.js, and Jamstack architecture to create and build modern, responsive web apps. The person who gets the job will be very important in creating interesting user interfaces, improving performance, and leading front-end projects from the first design to the final deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and cutting-edge front-end solutions using Jamstack, ReactJS, and Next.js.
- Make web apps that are dynamic and responsive and work well on all devices.
- Use headless CMS platforms to make managing content easier and make sure that the front end connects smoothly.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to turn ideas and wireframes into code that is clean and works well.
- Use best practices that focus on speed and scalability to make applications better.
- Support designs that are easy to use by checking that UI/UX ideas are technically possible.
- Help junior developers grow by reviewing their code and sharing what you know.
- Stay up to date on new front-end technologies and use the right tools in your projects.
- Work with back-end teams to add APIs and other server-side features.
- Get people to use automated testing frameworks for front-end parts.
Required Skills
- Good at building things with ReactJS, Next.js, and Jamstack.
- Have worked with headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Strapi, or Sanity before.
- Good understanding of front-end build tools like NPM, Webpack, and Babel.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS.
- A good grasp of JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting, such as jQuery.
- Know how to use RESTful APIs and handle requests that come in at different times.
- Great at solving problems and paying close attention to details.
- Able to lead projects and help teams work together, as well as communicate well.
Qualifications
You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a field that is very similar. Candidates should have at least seven years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer and a strong portfolio that shows they are good at front-end work and have successfully delivered projects.
